1. Session Booking & Confirmation

  • All one-on-one coaching sessions and program enrollments must be booked in advance through the website or directly with Surendra Kumar.

  • A session is considered confirmed only after the full payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

We request you to notify us of any session cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice:
    You may reschedule the session at no extra charge.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your session:
    The session fee will be non-refundable, and rescheduling will require a new booking.

  • For programs or workshops:
    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start date may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to administrative deductions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Missed sessions without prior notice.

    • Change of mind after attending one or more sessions.

    • Dissatisfaction due to lack of effort or commitment from the client’s side.

  • Program/Workshop Refunds:
    If you cancel your participation at least 48 hours before the program begins, a 50% refund may be issued.
    No refunds will be granted after the program starts.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare and valid circumstances (such as medical emergencies), we may consider refund or reschedule requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Coach

If Surendra Kumar has to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered an alternate session date or a full refund.
